Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation

2021-03-24T16:37:18-07:00April 26th, 2020|

Global War on Terrorism Memorial Foundation President and CEO Michael “Rod” Rodriguez certainly has the “bonafides” to lead this initiative. But two things happened in 1972 that would change her life; President Nixon signed Title IX into law and the ATF became an agency independent of the IRS.
