On April 10th, 2012 Staff Sergeant Travis Mills of the 82nd Airborne was on his third tour of duty in Afghanistan when he was wounded by an IED. The explosion took portions of both arms and legs. Five bullet wounds, several stabbings and a brief stint in jail convinced him he needed to turn his life around. The blue of an Air Force uniform attracted his attention and now he leads tens of thousands of airmen. Chief Master Sergeant Jose Barraza is one of the best speakers I have ever heard.
