Five bullet wounds, several stabbings and a brief stint in jail convinced him he needed to turn his life around. The blue of an Air Force uniform attracted his attention and now he leads tens of thousands of airmen. Chief Master Sergeant Jose Barraza is one of the best speakers I have ever heard.
