Triple Amputee Jose Martinez
A 60 pound IED made Jose Martinez a triple amputee. Years of depression and suicidal thoughts plagued him during his recovery. He is now a champion adaptive surfer and helping other Veterans through his "Four Season Fighters" foundation.
