The US video gaming market is a $97.6 billion industry and a technology readily embraced by many Global War on Terror Veterans. With Them Frontlines is being produced by Austin based ORE System and in this episode we are [...]

Flying in the Face of Fear – Kim Campbell

2023-03-19T10:26:14-07:00March 19th, 2023|

A-10 fighter pilot Kim Campbell picked up many leadership lessons over the course of a 24 year Air Force career. Some came in a “crucible moment” over Baghdad on April 7, 2003. While providing close air support for troops in contact, her aircraft was struck by a surface to air missile, knocking out all of the plane’s hydraulics. Ejecting over Baghdad was not a preferred option. In a matter of seconds she was able to analyze the situation and switch [...]

Operation Pineapple Express – Scott Mann

2022-10-12T20:14:39-07:00October 12th, 2022|

Operation Pineapple Express will likely go down as one of the greatest rescue missions in history. What makes it even more interesting and inspirational is the fact that it was mostly organized by civilians – retired Special Forces operators, Congressional staff, and state department personnel. In the midst of the horror and chaos of our withdrawal from Kabul, Pineapple Express was able to get approximately 1,000 Afghan allies and their families on evacuation flights. It was just one among several [...]
