On June 4, 1944 a US Navy task force achieved an extra ordinary victory – the capture of a German submarine. It was the first seizure of an enemy ship in battle since the War of 1812. “Codename Nemo” author Charles Lachman joins us.

Charles Ritter is retiring after a 26 year career in the Army. He had 17 deployments (12 combat deployments) and has been awarded the Silver Star, a Bronze Star w/ Valor, an Army Commendation for Valor and three Purple Hearts. He recently underwent his 31st surgery for wounds received in combat.
