The Brandon Act

The Brandon Act allows service members to seek mental health assistance anytime, anyplace and for any reason outside of their chain of command.

It is named after Petty Officer 3rd Class Brandon Caserta who took his own life in 2018. Brandon’s parents Teri and Patrick Caserta join us.

MSgt Alexander Underwood is the only African-American enlisted man to have flown 100 missions over Vietnam. He was a flight engineer flying the B-66 Electronic Combat aircraft.
